EXTERNAL AFFAIRS

Leads the society’s external relations with societies, institutions, and media.

Manages public relations, announcements, and external communications on behalf of the society.
COMMUNICATIONS

Manages the society’s social media channels and creates engaging digital content, including posts, reels, videos, and visuals to promote events, initiatives, and the community.

Maintains and updates the website and supports the society’s digital infrastructure.

Creates videos and photos of our events and projects to share with our community and the wider public,
PARTNERSHIPS

Builds relationships with businesses and manages sponsorships to support events, initiatives, and the society’s activities.

Coordinates collaborations with Cambridge departments, institutes, and research centres.
EVENTS

Oversees the planning and delivery of talks, panels, formals, and flagship events throughout the academic year.

Designs event programmes and themes, ensuring relevance, academic depth, and interdisciplinary balance.

Supports the organisation and smooth execution of events from planning through to delivery.
