Professor Sir David King is the former UK Government Chief Scientific Adviser, a role he held from 2000 to 2007, where he played a central role in shaping UK climate and energy policy, including the creation of the £1 billion Energy Technologies Institute. He later served as the UK Foreign Secretary’s Special Representative on Climate Change and remains one of the UK’s most influential voices on climate action and climate repair.

He chaired the landmark King Reports on Corporate Governance, served as Chair Emeritus of the International Integrated Reporting Council and the Global Reporting Initiative, and has advised governments, companies, and international institutions in over 60 countries.

Neil is Co-Director of the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation and Faculty in Management Practice at Cambridge Judge Business School. He brings extensive experience in social innovation and community entrepreneurship, including 15 years as Chief Executive of one of the UK’s largest development trusts.
Sir Ronald Cohen is a pioneering philanthropist and investor widely regarded as the father of British venture capital and global impact investing. Knighted in 2001, he has played a central role in shaping the UK’s social investment ecosystem, including chairing the UK Social Investment Task Force and the G8 Social Impact Investment Taskforce, and co founding institutions such as Social Finance UK and Big Society Capital.
